The Quick-Release Method: Our monofin is designed to stay securely on your feet but can be quickly removed in or out of the water. 1. Pull one foot out of the monofin by pushing away from the monofin with the other foot. 2. Use your free foot to push the monofin away completely, then kick it off. 3. Pull the tail below your hips and swim out. Easy as that!
